With an intelligent machine park made up of machines integrated into connected digital systems, UOP Berlingo and UOP Veneto are production units dedicated to excellent processes such as the regrinding of solid carbide, powder steel and HSS-E tools with any geometry.

By removing wear caused by mechanical and thermal stress accumulated during use, drills, cutters, reamers and many other tools are ready for a new life. The regrinding process is performed using the same programs and the same machines used during tool manufacturing.

In Berlingo (BS) and Campodarsego (PD) we use high-tech measuring systems that, through digital camera technology, are able to automatically detect dimensions in every part of the tool, allowing us to achieve very high precision and the most faithful restoration of each tool’s specific characteristics.
